(杭州小加网络科技有限公司) ("us", "we", or "our"), a company registered at Room 4-13, Building 5, No. 1181 Bin'an Road, Changhe Street, Binjiang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.
1. Description of Service
Soccermates provides a suite of Google Chrome browser extensions designed to enhance the football viewing and engagement experience. The current product portfolio includes:
- Soccermates Live — A stealth sidebar delivering real-time live text commentary and score alerts.
- Soccermates Predict — A match prediction and social leaderboard platform.
- Soccermates Squad — Advanced player statistics, match heatmaps, and a custom lineup builder.
- Soccermates Alibi — An AI-powered leave request generator for football fans.
Access to certain features is subject to a paid subscription or one-time purchase as described in our pricing page.
2. Account Registration
To access protected features of the Service, you must create an account by authenticating with your Google account via Google OAuth 2.0. You represent that:
- You are at least 16 years of age.
- The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- You will maintain the security of your account credentials.
- You will promptly notify us of any unauthorised access or use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or to our Services.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Subscription Tiers
We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans ("Pro Plans") as described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
3.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, a Merchant of Record. By purchasing a Pro Plan, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy. Soccermates does not store your payment card information.
3.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
3.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price increase. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4. Licence Grant and Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Soccermates extensions solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Products.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our Products.
- Use automated means to access, scrape, or interact with the Service.
- Share, sublicense, or resell your account access to third parties.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Soccermates and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Soccermates.
Football data, statistics, and live scores are sourced from third-party providers (including SportMonks) and are subject to their respective terms. Soccermates does not claim ownership of this third-party content.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including but not limited to Google OAuth, Paddle, and SportMonks. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Live score data is sourced from third parties and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate. We make no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any match data.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOCCERMATES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soccermates and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Soccermates operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
