1. Our Merchant of Record

Our order process is securely conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the "Merchant of Record" for all our orders. This means that Paddle handles all payment processing, localized tax collection, and issues all invoices and receipts.

2. Refund Policy & Eligibility

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refunds and order disputes are strictly handled in accordance with Paddle's Terms of Sale and Refund Policy.

We do not set any independent restrictions, qualifiers, or exceptions that override Paddle's official policy. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription or purchase, you are eligible to request a refund, subject to Paddle's standard review and approval process.

3. How to Request a Refund

You can easily request a refund through either of the following methods:

Contact Paddle Directly:You can reach out to Paddle's buyer support team directly by visiting paddle.net or by replying to the original email receipt you received from Paddle after your purchase.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is processed and approved by Paddle, it typically takes several business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your original payment method and your financial institution.

5. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a recurring billing cycle (e.g., Monthly or Yearly), you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Please note that cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current active billing cycle.
